Lauren Hulett now moves into a senior vice president of client engagement role, leading the team that serves C.A. Fortune’s largest strategic client partnerships with cross-functional activations. Lauren has been with the organization for five years, leading teams and several of C.A.’s largest national partnerships. Her leadership has been pivotal in C.A. client’s growth and building out an industry differentiated top-tier National Client Engagement Team.
Additionally, Emily McCann has been elevated to senior vice president of people and culture. McCann, who has been a part of C.A. for five years, has spent the last two and a half years as vice president of people and culture. Under her leadership, C.A. has made significant investments in people resources over the past five years, contributing to an industry-leading employee retention and growth rate, as well as a workplace culture that has earned multiple recognitions, including Top Places to Work awards from The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and Built In. Her efforts in fostering an inclusive, empowering environment have helped attract top talent and drive the company’s continued success.
